BD Technical Lead interview questions

Pros: * Technical evaluation is good * Challenging project to work Cons: * Too many rounds - Initial Technical Screening - Technical Round - Technical Exercise (a week time) - Behavioural Round - Psychometric Test - HR Round * Package offered is low * Too long to respond after each round * Final round is not conducted in a professional way and it seems like they've made the decision before conducting the interview with me.
