Behaviour questions - behavioral (assessing past experiences), situational (evaluating problem-solving skills), technical (testing knowledge), competency-based (measuring skills), and cultural fit (assessing alignment with company values). Each type serves to evaluate different aspects of a candidate's qualifications and suitability for a role.

Very smooth and a great process overall. Interviewers were very out going and it was conducted virtually. Questions were very easy to answer did not need a lot of preparation.
