Interview
Knowledge about audit processes and procedures. Method use in conduct audit. It is a group interview. Describe myself as the begining. Have IQ, accounting test and require candidate to write an essay. It also require us to fill in the form distribute by them. Given 30minutes for candidate to answer all the writting test before having group interview.
The interview lasted about an hour and included a mix of motivational and job simulation questions. They asked about my skills, previous experiences, and specifically why I chose BDO instead of the Big 4 firms.

It was an easy and smooth interview process with friendly interviewer who was knowledgeable. The assessment centre was also a good experience and all the rounds were very clearly explained to us and the group discussion topics were also interesting.
