Interview
First round phone interview was very basic/ behavioral. What do you know about BDO/why BDO. Office interview consisted of a brief overview of the company in a group setting, then each candidate went to two individual interviews with a manager/partner. Again, very basic and behavioral, no technical questions asked.

Describe a tense situation which you had to resolve.
From my experience, BDO's recruitment process moves quite quickly. HR often contacts shortlisted candidates on short notice. For instance, test results may be released on the 2nd, while the HR screening interview is scheduled on the 4th. This means candidates need to be prepared and flexible, as there is usually little time to prepare between stages.

The interviewer first asked me to introduce myself in English. After that, they asked why I wanted to become an auditor and what interested me about the auditing profession.
The interviewers are helpful and fun, and very responsive. It is a group interview and 3 people in a room with 4 interviewers, it started with an online assessment 6 questions, include logical thinking, and few problem solving questions and after that interview session started.
