Single interview post sending your resume to HR. HR person comes in asks general fit interview questions and then the Partner comes in an talks about himself and his team and his achievements for the better part of an hour.

General fit interview questions - Why consulting? Why BDO? Tell us about yourself (Academic and Professional background), etc.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BDO (Perth, Australia Occidental) in May 2026
Interview
Online Hirevue and then in 1-1 case style interview.
Interview involved structuring thoughts and creating corresponding excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint slide. Interview was relatively unstructured and flowed with my approach + guidance from the interviewer.
Online hirevue video recording, then you go in for in-person assessment centre where you sit at a table with 5 other applicants and go through a scenario, from there it is a one-on-one interview.
Das Vorstellungsgespräch verlief insgesamt okay. Ich konnte die Fragen beantworten, jedoch wurden teilweise unnötige Fragen gestellt und die Atmosphäre war nicht besonders angenehm. Dadurch wirkte das Gespräch nicht so angenehm.
