I’ve had extensive experience talking with recruiters and the screening recruiter I talked to from BDO was the absolute worst I’ve ever talked to. She was HORRIBLE. She had no idea what she was doing. After it took her a solid minute of silence to get herself together, the first question she asked me was if I had my bachelors degree. Not how I was, not anything about my current job, just if I had my bachelors degree and was still employed. Companies need to realize the recruiter is the first interaction with a company and as soon as that was over, I said I would never work for BDO. Their culture must be awful.
