The process consisted of a phone screen and in-person interview. The person who did the phone screen wasn't as knowledgeable of the job as they lead me to believe. They asked me to prepare for the interview with questions that weren't asked in the actual interview. The person who conducted the interview seemed very taciturn and genuinely disinterested in the interview––almost as if she had better things to do. They asked about my experience and complimented me on my wealth of knowledge and expertise in the area. When it was time for me to ask questions, they weren't able to answer that many of them. When the interview was over they shook my hand and it was the worst handshake I'd ever participated in. The interview was so bad I reconsidered the job almost immediately.
