Interview
Start with self introduction and ask questions on resume.
Once they noticed you come from Big4, they start asking why you choose them. No matter what answer you gave them. They would say the scale and size of their engagements are different from Big4. If you come from Big4, you will go away finally.
I applied at Dublin, HR contacted me for 1st round mid April, had 2nd interview with partner on 1st week of May. After this they ghosted me despite follow ups. This was very unprofessional and waste of time and effort

2 stage with current department lead and internal recruitment team. Overall pretty standard for the industry and role. Felt listened to and understood throughout. Made easy and answered follow up questions when considering alternative roles
