They recruit at snail's pace, with quite a few reminders to recruitment team. All discussions in person and after being confirmed in first technical assessment, giving written assessment (all in person and not virtual), 2 follow ups later, they inform that position has gone on hold, midway. Neither conducted final round, nor provided feedback on two assessments. Best avoided if you are a person who prefers clear communication and transparency.

Really nice people and friendly interviewing process. Although I didn’t accept the offer, they were understanding and very polite all the way until the end. The offer was good, decision to stay with current working place was purely on reasons not related to BDO
