Had a weird experience with BDO during my screening around. The HR wrapped up my interview in 15 mins even though it was scheduled for 30 mins. She seemed interested only in my visa status and did not ask any real questions. Given that I am an international student who still had my dissertation pending at the time, she seemed to have been disinterested overall in talking to me about the role.

Interviewer was vriendelijk en duidelijk voor een algemene kennismaking voor een startersfunctie. Er werden een reeks vragen gesteld ivm personaliteit, competenties en verwachtingen. Het proces verliep vlot. Jammer genoeg, uiteindelijk toch geen aanbod ontvangen.
