Interview process was quick: an initial HR screen followed by conversations with the hiring manager and director. The company places heavy emphasis on French fluency—most email communication was in French, and they asked me to speak a little French to assess my level. They praised my experience and mentioned a likely next round; however, the role went to another candidate who, based on his LinkedIn profile, appears to be a French speaker. If you’re not French-speaking, don’t waste your time
