É um dos processos seletivos mais humilhantes que já participei. São infinitas entrevistas e testes sem expectativa real nenhuma de você ser alocado em algum cliente. Tentam diminuir seu salário ao máximo de forma que fique a baixo da média de mercado. Fiz inscrições para backend engineer, me ligaram oferecendo uma candidatura para "lider tecnico", quando eu questionei se a remuneração seria ajustada de acordo com a vaga, disseram que não me desqualificaram para a vaga. É uma empresa para se tentar/trabalhar só enquanto você procura uma boa oportunidade.
