BairesDev Full Stack Software Developer interview questions

I had a very disappointing experience with BairesDev. The interview process initially seemed smooth, with two rounds that were relatively straightforward and focused on my technical skills. After clearing both rounds, I was informed that I had been selected and even received communication indicating that an offer would be rolled out. However, things took an unexpected turn afterward. Despite repeated follow-ups, I was told that there were “no projects available” at the moment. This was confusing and frustrating, especially after being assured of selection. It felt unprofessional and misleading to proceed so far in the hiring process without having actual project availability. The lack of transparency and unclear communication wasted my time and created false expectations. If there are no active projects, candidates should be informed upfront rather than being taken through multiple rounds and given verbal confirmation. Overall, this experience reflects poor coordination between recruitment and project allocation teams. I would advise candidates to be cautious and not rely on verbal assurances until everything is formally confirmed.
