BairesDev contacted me through email to schedule an interview. I had never heard of them before but I was interested once I visited their site. The first interview was quick and easy, standard interview questions about my background and expectations. They scheduled a second interview with the hiring manager, it lasted for 40 minutes, there were lots of questions but the manager was nice, I received an email the next day inviting me for another interview with a different team this time, it also lasted about 40 min but there was a test at the end of it, it wasn´t difficult but at that stage after taking loads of tests on their platform and then again during the first interview it made me think of it as unecessary. They sent me a message the next day to inform that the position was already filled but they would like to keep my resume for future opportunities.
