I applied and passed all the tests. After that, someone from HR contacted me and we set up an interview which was one week away and then got postponed as per the recruiter's request. During the interview, I also had to complete some tests in front of the recruiter. By the end of the interview, the recruiter let me know that I was a good fit for the company and that we was going to talk to the hiring manager and let me know about the next steps. A few days later, the recruiter sent me an email letting me know that he was no longer my recruiter and that another person cced in the email was going to take over. After not hearing back for a couple of weeks, I reached out to the new recruiter without success and then tried to reach the previous recruiter with no success either. I then tried to reach out to other recruiters via LinkedIn and as you are already imagining, no success. After 2 or 3 months, another recruiter reached out to me and wanted to have a call to "update" my profile. I had the call with this new recruiter and she mentioned she would be in touch with within a week, and as you are already guessing, she never got back to me. At this point I already knew that trying to reach out was not going to work, so I let it be. Just an advice, let the prospects know if there is a role or not, or if they are not a good fit for the company.
