Primeiro recebe uma ligação em portugues para agendar um papo com RH, na entrevista com RH ele pede apenas pra falar 1 trabalho recente em inglês, o resto é em portugues, se aprovado, o rh já deixa marcada a entrevista técnica (em ingles). Após 1 semana eles mandaram email dizendo que fui aprovada e estão procurando o cliente .

The process is very organized and, in part, is a summary of the pre-tests that we are invited to do on the BairesDev platform. The interview has a very light atmosphere and is very objective.

They asked about my career and at that point the conversation switched from my native language (Brazilian Portuguese) to English.

Facil, rapido proceso, la persona encarga fue muy amable y clara en toda la entrevista tanto en el proceso de explicación como en las preguntas realizadas, las preguntas en ingles tambien fueron correctas.
