Claudia fue muy cordial y propició un ambiente cómodo mientras tuve la entrevista. Fue clara en sus preguntas y al explicar como funciona la empresa. Además de preguntas sobre mis estudios y experiencia, respondí preguntas sobre pensamiento lógico y estratégico.

Interview
The interview process went very smoothly. Information was updated, expectations were aligned, and the company was introduced in detail. Important clarifications regarding payments, benefits, and other relevant aspects were also provided. The interviewer was very empathetic, demonstrating assertiveness in both questions and answers. I had the opportunity to talk about important projects I have worked on, which made the conversation even more engaging. My enthusiasm for joining the BairesDev team has only increased after this interview.

Processo seletivo extenso e dificultoso. Muito desafiador e interessante. Diferente dos processos oferecidos pela maioria das empresas. Testes online desafiadores e entrevista bastante interessante, misturando perguntas práticas sobre expertise na área de interesse e questões rápidas de raciocínio lógico.
