I recently participated in the selection process at BairesDev and was positively surprised by the level of organization, transparency, and respect throughout the experience. From the very first contact, the HR team demonstrated professionalism by conducting a thorough and well-structured interview, with a clear goal of understanding my profile, skills, and expectations. In addition, the presentation of the company was very clear, including information about its organizational culture, products, and benefits – all shared with a transparent and welcoming approach. This attention to detail made a significant difference, helping me feel safe and well-informed throughout the entire process. During the English interview, even with an advanced level of fluency, I felt a bit nervous. However, the interviewer conducted this part with empathy and clarity, asking direct and relevant questions, which made the assessment feel fair and comfortable. There was also a live basic math and logic test conducted with the interviewer, which I considered a positive differentiator. This step highlighted the importance of fundamental skills in everyday work and reinforced my positive impression of the process’s seriousness and consistency. In summary, it was an extremely positive experience. The transparent approach and focus on essential competencies inspired confidence and conveyed a strong and ethical image of the company.
