I was interviewed for a position to work as an internal engineer. Interview took several steps. Started with phone calls for confirming certain experiences and expertises. After 3 or 4 of them, it took more 3 interviews:
* One with the Project Manager from the team they wanted me to join
* One with the manager of a team that has interactions with the one they wanted me to join, where she asked many "behavioral" questions
* One with the HR manager, which asked questions about long-term vision, stability, why should they hire me, etc.
