Multiple Events and then a one on one conversation with a manger. The conversation was open and really easy to get by as the question where not to difficult and felt like a simple conversation.
During Covid we had to do virtual interviews. The interview was 30 minutes long. Recruiter was very nice. The directors and managers were very nice as well. asked questions about your resume and behavior questions

a lot of situational questions where they are looking for the right answer. Basically not hired for ability but based on how well you will fit in with there culture. not necessarily a bad thing for the long-term.
