I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Baker Tilly (New York, NY) in Oct 2021
Interview
The recruiter was really nice and helpful. After the first interview (was on a Monday) they said we should hear back by the end of that week. I never did so I reached out to the recruiter. They called me and mentioned that I had clicked yes on the need for sponsorship because I’m on an F-1 visa. I told her that I have the OPT STEM, and that I would be good for 3 years. She mentioned they don’t sponsor past those three years. I told her I was okay with it and she sent me the details for the second round of interviews (which were on a Friday) were 2 back to back 30 minute interviews, one with a manager and one with a partner. Both were very conversational, no tricky questions, and overall a great experience. They said we would hear back within then next two weeks. I heard back by the next Wednesday that they were offering me the position!

Explain an accounting standard of your choosing.
It was more of a casual conversation with three other people rather than a formal interview setting. The environment felt very relaxed and comfortable, and the interviewer was friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to throughout the session.
