Interview process starts with 30 minute phone call with recruiter then interview with project managers on the team then another interview with higher ups . The initial interview with the recruiter asks various questions about work experience , work style, and documentation experience.

Applied online. Asked the generic behavioral questions. Monotoned seemed like he hated his job. Recruiter timed the interview so you were forced to end exactly at 30 mins. No chance to actually learn about you or the company. They are terrible with communications. They recruit as if its still 2004 through a phone call.
