Baker Tilly interview questions

I applied for their Digital Consultant role for post-grads. I had a 20-minute interview with a recruiter where she just ran through my resume and asked why I was interested in the role. She also asked for my GPA and had me send over unofficial transcripts. She was very nice, and it was conversational. She said I would hear back within two weeks, but I heard back within 1 business day that I was not moving on to the final round. She advised that the final round consists of two 30-minute behavioral interviews with department staff.

Disorganized, slow to respond. Not a good look for Baker Tilly. Recruiting team took over a week to respond beyond when they said they would. They assumed I was applying for one location and ended the process without actually asking me why I applied for where the role was. Recruiter didn't seem to know what their practice did. I ended up giving up on the process.
