Baker Tilly interview questions

The interviewing process was roughly 4 -5 interviews spanning over 6 - 8 weeks. The final interview being with the Partner for the practice you are interviewing for. It was a great experience and each interviewer was conversational and welcoming. Although technical questions were asked, it felt more as if they were gauging if I was a cultural fit rather than only looking at qualifications for the role itself.

I applied and had an initial interview with a recruiter. I got in the externship program which I had my second interview with a manager. I got an offer for the following summer internship.
