I applied online. I interviewed at Baker Tilly in Feb 2021
Interview
Applied online. First email I received a blank template email asking for a phone interview, seemed to be a mistake but I still replied to it. A week later I received a second email from an actual recruiter. Recruiter rescheduled first phone interview 30 mins prior, 2nd time they never called or emailed. Few days later they rescheduled a 3rd time and they called 15 minutes past the scheduled time. The phone screen was only 10 mins and it felt super rushed and they barely knew any information about the position. Overall waste of time and extremely unorganized.
This company has great employees. You could tell that they are satisfied with their job. The company's culture is great. The interview process was excellent. More like chit-chat and I enjoyed it.
