None. I applied to the role and in less than 12 hours, checked the status and found that my application was "No Longer Under Consideration." I could hardly believe my eyes. How did management decide so "quickly" that my application wasn't up to snuff? I had 2 years of high-level corporate global HR experience and a relevant BA from a global top-20 school. The lack of courtesy to even send auto-rejection/templated letter speaks volumes.

Phone Interview followed shortly after with a call to schedule an in person interview. One partner and one manager interviewed me separately, overall process took about 90 minutes and had a casual feel to the whole interview process
