Baker Tilly interview questions

I applied online and was contacted after about 2 weeks. First phone interview was with the HR and second phone interview was with the manager of the department. Basically the questions are all about your skills and previous experiences that make you become best candidate and some behavioral questions.

Did an on campus interview then was invited to interview with multiple managers at the MKE office a couple of weeks later. Managers were very nice and asked questions regarding personality more than technical questions. I found out the next day whether or not I had gotten the internship. The entire process was very easy and quick.
