Baker Tilly Litigation Support Analyst interview questions

A recruiter reached out via email for interview dates and times. The first interview was with a manager from the office and team that I would potentially work with. The interview was very laid back. Most of the questions were behavioral based. A week later the recruiter called with a second interview request. The second interview was with the director of the team. It was also pretty laid back and most of the questions were about my experiences at my previous employers and my work ethic/skills.
