I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Banco Azteca (Ciudad de México) in Feb 2011
Interview
The interview about the position itself was good. Demanding but polite. Actually, an interesting experience. The interview with HR was nothing special; fine, I guess. The intellectual abilities was intense. No complaints; it was a welcome challenge.
Once you pass these filters, they make a home visit. I wasn't present, just my wife (it happened during work hours). She says it was inquisitive, but that once the visitors decided "we fitted the desired profile" they tuned down a notch and relaxed.
What makes me give a negative review is the MEDICAL examination. Not that I have anything to hide, but the personnel at the lab are rude and the requirements themselves are simply violating the law.

Question 1
Question from me to the medical examiner: What kind of tests are you running on my (blood, urine) samples? Will the results be shared with me later on?
