I had a 30 minutes interview for the IB Summer at BofA which consisted of 3 parts: motivational, one short case study that focused on our ingeniosity as to how he can find solution from very little information, and the last part was made up of 10 minutes of brain teasers and mental math problems. Be sure to do calculus fast and to check the doubling frog riddle

We have a conglomerate with 4 segments. One of them is facing a headwind. What should you do if you're an advisor?
Got in through the Spring Insights Forum. The behavioural portion was a bit weird. the MD did not want to be there and it messed that up. The technical was good tho
hirevue --> first round video interview --> AC with 4 rounds with vp / d / md.
Offers and rejections go out the folllowing week. No answer means you are in the waiting list (unlikely to get an offer imo)
Future Leaders Program
Applied, did a hirevue, went to New York City for 3 days, where we talked, went over the interview process and ended with a ultimate superday. The superday questions were actually a little tougher than usual for a bulge bracket bank, have technicals on lock.
