I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (New York, NY) in Dec 2021
Interview
I had a great initial conversation as a referral by the individual who was leaving the role and leaving a vacancy. The process became confused once that person put me in touch with an internal recruiter, who let me know the role was "changing" and that the role might be eliminated, and then told me the role was not available.
