I got an email from the recruiter stating that the hiring managers reviewed my resume and wanted to schedule an initial interview to speak with me. First interview was very friendly and i got asked questions about my experience, why did i decide to leave and got a deeper overview of the position and what they are looking for. There was a second interview with the SVP that also went well, general conversation about the role.

I went into this process with standard expectations. I was told I would be interviewing with a panel, but only one person showed up and did not turn their camera on for the interview. They proceeded to ask me technical coding questions even though the job description / recruiter had not said anything of the subject.
