I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America in Jul 2010
Interview
Applied online back in May for the position. About a week later I got a call from one of the recruiters assistants and then set me up with a phone interview with the recruiter. Wonderful woman! Actually she is the best recruiter i've ever talked to. I was thrilled with her. So after we talked she said she would submit my info for the background check and so on and so forth... about another week passed by when I heard from her. She said I passed the pre-liminary background check there was no problem there. BUT, the day they got my results back they had already offered to another candidate. So she put me in her pipeline folder and got back to me a while later regarding another opening. Then had an interview with the Market Executive team (3 people at one time). Long story short, i got the offer and am about to accept today. I need more salary info so I can negotiate if possible. Offer was in the low 30's. SO, if i could just get the info I need I probably wouldn't be writing this lol.

Question 1
What kind of research did you do to be prepared for this interview?
Online application for this job I was not very prepared for it as it is not my main field but wanted to try to change careers and I thought it would be an opportunity to work on my communication skills
Very upfront with open ended questions. Had to do a mock phone call in front of the hiring manager and another representative. It was a little intimidating but I survived.
