Applied online, received phone interview, invited to group interview (13 people), all were invited back because the recruiter was so "impressed" with all of us, came back in 2 days for job fair (30+ people), interviewed with branch managers where we were applying for.

Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
