I got an email for a phone interview and then got emailed a week later saying i did not get a second interview. Everyone was very nice but nothing was said as to why I did not get a 2nd interview, all the people on the phone talked so positive too as if you were getting the job.

Typical questions on finance and behavioural. Best to come in a good suit and rolex just in case. Assessors love people who has similar tastes. Other than that create small talk.

Describe a time you were in a position of leadership.
Very conversational, interviewer asked only a few technical questions but overall very chill. Just prepare for a behavioral interview mostly. The questions were pointed scenario based and wanted to know how you would react in a specific situation.
