The process was very easy and straightforward. Everything was broken down to what to expect and what not to expect. Interview made it very comfortable to talk to throughout the entire interview.
Different rounds of 30 mins phone interviews. Asked about market views and coding. More behavioural than technical. More fit oriented as the technical skills required to do the job is not high.

Phone call - second round was take home case study (build quantitative predictive model) - more phone calls later to ensure I was motivated and was a good fit. Interviewed directly with hiring manager and only hiring manager as team was growing. She was friendly but asked a lot of probing questions given my background wasn’t traditional
