Inconsistent and no clear communication regarding next steps in the process. I asked for any feedback regarding next steps, but no help. Responses also took a long time to follow up, I assumed the job had been closed.

Interview
Very casual interview. No behavioral questions, just general conversation and some discussion of why I was interested in the banking industry. We talked about B of A's future, mergers, etc. Everyone I talked to throughout the process worked at home, which wasn't appealing to me.
