Applied for position online; received phone call from HR to set up face-to-face interview; had face-to-face interview with two managers of the department; they asked basic evaluation questions, went over job description and then went over my background and how my experience was a perfect match for the position; they thought I was a good fit for the position; following week had an 8 minute telephone interview with manager of the department; he asked a couple of evaluation questions along with the usual why should BOA hire me; couple of days later received the dreadful email, basically was not offered position; their loss.

I submitted an application online then several days later I received an email to take an online assessment in person. Shortly thereafter I was called in for an interview. I received call one week later with a job offer.
