Applied for position online; received phone call from HR to set up face-to-face interview; had face-to-face interview with two managers of the department; they asked basic evaluation questions, went over job description and then went over my background and how my experience was a perfect match for the position; they thought I was a good fit for the position; following week had an 8 minute telephone interview with manager of the department; he asked a couple of evaluation questions along with the usual why should BOA hire me; couple of days later received the dreadful email, basically was not offered position; their loss.

Easy/Panel interview, was asked basic questions in regards to my character. Answered them to the best of my ability. The panel consisted of upper management who each took turns asking me various questions. Took less than a week to offer me the position. I took the position.

Consisted of a phone call with someone from HR and onsite interview with two managers. The phone call was short and consisted of questions about previous experience. The onsite interview consisted of behavioral and personality questions, pretty standard stuff.
