Very formal. asked several questions regarding experience and motivation. They asked you to roleplay a scenario with a customer who lost their card. Then they asked about traits that I possess.
The interview process was fair and the questions asked were not difficult to answer and he was very professional and made me feel comfortable enough to engage with him during the course of the interview
