Filled out the application online then was contacted by the recruiter via email. She asked for my availability and did not adhere to it. She called a hour early, was extremely short, rude, and rushed the whole conversation. Did not speak about the benefits or perks of BOA or their mission. She did not speak out the location or hours of the position. She was unprepared for the questions I asked about the role. Be prepared to give specific situations during the phone screen because the hiring manager is looking for someone that’s really technical. She did mention there would be two rounds of interviews. I was not selected to move forward with an interview even though I have 10 years experience.
