Interview
The first round was a Hirevue that asked mainly market and behavioral questions. Led into a Superday via Zoom that consisted of a behavioral round and a technical round back to back.

Basic technical questions from the M&I guide on valuations, accounting, LBO.
Got in through the Spring Insights Forum. The behavioural portion was a bit weird. the MD did not want to be there and it messed that up. The technical was good tho
hirevue --> first round video interview --> AC with 4 rounds with vp / d / md.
Offers and rejections go out the folllowing week. No answer means you are in the waiting list (unlikely to get an offer imo)
Future Leaders Program
Applied, did a hirevue, went to New York City for 3 days, where we talked, went over the interview process and ended with a ultimate superday. The superday questions were actually a little tougher than usual for a bulge bracket bank, have technicals on lock.
