I applied for the FSA 1 position. The recruiter told me that because I already have my series 7 & 66 I am overqualified. She had me reapply as FSA 2. My first formal interview was via Zoom with two hiring managers. Perhaps if I had been local, it would have been in person. I withdrew my application because of how sales focused the position is.
