It was a quick hiring process. Interviewers were friendly and understanding. Eventually, I have chosen another company in Manchester, but in general the day of the interview and the confirmation was quick and effective. Seemed a great company to work.

There was a language test in Italian and French. Basically, business questions, like lead times, prices, and stock of products.
Multiple interviews with varying managers. I interviewed at the Bank of America Corporate and met with two managers during the meeting. They both asked their own set of questions which made the interview more intense.

Interview
One interview and done, mostly behavioral based to make sure you are customer service focused. You don't need to have prior experience, just show you're ready to work and help relationship managers/bankers with leads
Candidates submit applications and undergo screening. Shortlisted applicants attend phone or video interviews, complete assessments, then participate in-person panel interviews. Timely feedback is delivered, and successful candidates receive formal offers.
