Interview
It was an HireVue Interview. It had 12 questions, 6 were written and 6 were to talk about various things per the question. All in all it was pretty smooth.

Question 1
How would you resolve conflicts when the customer doesn’t want to be reasonable.
I did the hi revue video interview and proceeded to having a physical interview with the the branch manager. I was told that the recruiter would get back to me but nothing till now, it's been 5 months now. I called and dropped voice messages no response. I feel a response whether good or bad should be given to candidates. I did not expect this from Bank of America.
The in-person interview started 17 mins late and then ended early, seemed like they didn't want to hire me already. Don't waste time if you don't want to hire someone.
I have only gone through the video interview and it was pretty easy and straightforward. Got asked three questions and that’s it. The next day I received an email telling me I was moving forward.
