Interview
The video interview wasn't bad but it was fast and no time to prepare for each question so -pretty difficult. It was all behavioral basically like tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses.
Got in through the Spring Insights Forum. The behavioural portion was a bit weird. the MD did not want to be there and it messed that up. The technical was good tho
hirevue --> first round video interview --> AC with 4 rounds with vp / d / md.
Offers and rejections go out the folllowing week. No answer means you are in the waiting list (unlikely to get an offer imo)
Future Leaders Program
Applied, did a hirevue, went to New York City for 3 days, where we talked, went over the interview process and ended with a ultimate superday. The superday questions were actually a little tougher than usual for a bulge bracket bank, have technicals on lock.
