I had an initial phone call interview for an SSA Research Analyst position. To be honest the interview was straightforward with some questions about macro developments in the region and forecasting processes. However, I did not hear back after that interview, not even a rejection letter.

Lots of questions on motivation to join the team and do the work
2 rounds, very efficient. First-round was a hireviu, last round was a super day with two interviews. One was behavioral and the other was technical (accounting more than finance). The interviewers were another analyst and an MD.
