Very straight forward first interview was with VP/Manager then the next was a culture fit but it was more in depth than the first interview. The 2nd interview they got into the experience I had. They wanted examples of being in very complex and stressful situations, where things can become contentious. That was the main thing they focused on, they asked this in a few different ways. They also wanted to know about my actual experience doing the job.
