I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Baxter (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2009
Interview
The first day was a meet and greet session with the interviewers and all the individuals that were invited to interview for the position. The next day the interviews were held by 1 of 4 possible interviewers. I interviewed with a very nice lady. She asked typical questions like why Baxter, describe a challenge that you've faced, describe a time where you had to step up and do more than you were required to do. Overall, it was a positive experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Baxter (Kuala Lumpur) in Dec 2025
Interview
digital interview process, have time to prepare, the question is base on your skills and yourself, so far, it is okay for me but i didnt know if im accepted or not
I only had one interview. The interview was mostly situational questions, some technical. Not many behavioral questions. Did not ask me the typical "tell us about yourself" or many questions about myself in general.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How I would troubleshoot if a machine stopped working?
Phone interview. Asked questions about my resume and skills. Critical thinking and good personality overall were what they were looking for in general. Did not involve very technical question. Only involved one stage of phone interview.
