BlackRock Analyst interview questions

Applied for an off-cycle analyst role, took phone interview several weeks later. After phone interview, I went through two rounds of video interviews, both with three consecutive pairs of employees.

I applied the graduation analyst program, after the virtual cover letter interview, HR reached out and quickly schedule face to face interviews with the business. Four rounds in total, each rounds with 2 interviewers. Mainly ask behavioural questions and some questions after looking at my CV. The overall experience is very good, you can feel the friendlyness through speaking with the interviewers.
