Did two virtual cover letters in September. Invited to a 30-minute video interview in November, and got invited to final round in Princeton a week later. The video interview focused on BlackRock principles and behavior questions. The final round consisted of 4 back-to-back interviews with members of the team. The process felt impersonal. All the emails I received were automated. Never talked with HR or recruiter. The job description from campus recruiting was very different from the actual work conducted by the group, and made me so confused during the final round. The interviewers were nice.
